Ruhee Dugg, IAS of 2014-batch, has been transferred as part of a major reshuffle in the Punjab government’s administrative set up. The Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Chamkaur Sahib has been made Additional Deputy Commissioner(General) Barnala.
The reshuffle has been done across the State of Punjab. It also includes 100 PCS officers. Several deputy commissioners of districts have been reshuffled along with change of guard of key departments of the state.
