Jalandhar gets new Special Secretary — Daljit Singh Mangat

Daljit Singh Mangat, the 2005-batch IAS officer, has been made Special Secretary Planning, and in addition Director, Land Records, Settlements and Consolidation and Land Acquisition, Jalandhar, as part of a bureaucratic reshuffle by Captain Amarinder Singh-led Government in Punjab.


The latest development has come as a move leading to change of guard in key departments of the Punjab government’s administrative setup.

Carried out across the State of Punjab, the reshuffle also includes 100 PCS officers.

Several deputy commissioners of districts have been reshuffled along with the change of guard in key departments of the State.
