Jugal Kishore Mohapatra, a 1979 batch IAS officer of Odisha cadre, has been given the additional charge of Secretary in the Department of Land Resources. He will be replacing Vandana Kumari Jena, who is also an IAS officer of the same batch and cadre. Her active career came to an end on July 31, 2015.
