Taj Mahal to get Wi-Fi facility on June 16

taj-mahalThe visitors at the Taj Mahal will soon get free Wi-Fi for 30 minutes with BSNL planning to launch the facility later this month. According to report, any usage after this period would cost Rs 30 an hour.


The service will reportedly be launched by union Telecom Minister Ravi Shanker Prasad in Agra on June 16.

Chief General Manager of BSNL (UP-West) Pradeep Kumar said that the trials have been completed for this purpose. “Bengaluru based company Quadgen will provide the wireless support.”

According to reports, BSNL is also planning to extend the facility to Fatehpur Sikri.
