ML Meena, a 1983 batch IAS officer of West Bengal cadre has been appointed as Director General, Council for Advancement of People’s Action and Rural Technology (CAPART) under the Ministry of Rural Development.
Currently, he is serving as Deputy Director General, CAPART.
