The State Government lately transferred 13 KAS officers. Reyaz Ahmad Wani, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla, has been shifted and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Pahalgam, replacing Mohammad Yousuf Bhat. He has further been posted as Secretary, State Commission for Women.
Raman Kumar Kesar, KAS, Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Patnitop, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Chief Electoral Officer and ex-officio Additional Secretary to the Government, Election Department. He will be taking the role of Rakesh Kumar Sarangar.
Bashir Ahmad Khan, who is KAS, Joint Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla. Earlier, the role was assigned to Reyaz Ahmad Wani. Mehraj-ud-din Rather, KAS, Secretary, State Commission for Women now holds the position of Additional Deputy Commissioner, Shopian. Syed Qamar Sajad, who was earlier maintaining the post, has been posted as Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Kokernag.
Mohammad Younis Malik, KAS, Deputy Commissioner (Central) in the Rural Development Department (ex-officio Additional Secretary to the Government, Rural Development Department), has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag, vice Shabir Hussain Bhat. He is now the Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Sonamarg. He has replaced Z.M. Khan, who is admitted to his parent Corporation i.e. J&K Agro Industries Development Corporation.
Replacing Angrez Singh Rana, Vikas Sharma, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur, has been transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Bhaderwah. Rana now holds the position of Additional Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur.
Further, Khurshid Ahmad Sanai, KAS, Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Kokernag, has been transferred and posted as Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Kulgam.
Meanwhile, Rajeev Kumar Khajuria, District Panchayat Officer, Rajouri, has been transferred and posted as Additional Private Secretary with the Minister for Health and Medical Education and ARI and Trainings.
