Deepak Mishra, Spl Commissioner, Law & Order, has been promoted to the rank of DG in Delhi. He is a 1984 batch IPS officer of Delhi cadre. He has been credited with the arrest of two culprits involved in the rape of a five-year-old in the shortest possible time.
