Rakesh Bahadur has been appointed as Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Akhilesh Yadav in Uttar Pradesh. He is a 1979 batch IAS officer of Uttar Pradesh cadre. Bahadur, who was till now serving as principal secretary (Home), will be succeeded by Neeraj Kumar Gupta.
