Data center capabilities are posed to rise in India, with Sify Technologies all ready to invest INR 300 Crore in the next eighteen months. Sify Technologies is also looking towards setting up data centers worldwide, starting from the Asian countries.

The company is going ahead with the aim of doubling its data center space in India to around four lakh square feet, from the present two lakh square feet. In the beginning, Sify Technologies will add one more data center each in Noida and Bangalore. It will later set up data centers in other locations depending on customer needs. At present, sify's data centers are located in Navi Mumbai, Bangalore and New Delhi among other places.
