Yojana Magazine Getting an e-Version


The Publications Division of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting in India decided to make its magazine ‘Yojana’ available online.

At present all the editions of the magazine in its 13 Indian languages would be available through the Yojana website.

Speaking on the launch, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Secretary Asha Swarup said that, “the magazine has made its mark by catering the needs of society, especially youths and students through its rich contents”.


A synopsis of all the current issues of Yojana group of journals will be available on the website with an archive which will maintain records for the last six months. This initiative is tragetted to benefit lakhs of readers including students appearing for competitive exams.

There is a complete digitisation of the entire archives of Yojana which has a 51 years of glorious publication.


The website is developed in a user friendly way which has links not only to all language editions of Yojana but also to its sister publication Employment News or Rozgar Samachar and parent organisation, the Ministry’s Publication Division.
