Online public grievance redressal system called e-MODOP has been launched by the Government of Nagaland. Through this system the people of Nagaland can seek redressal of their grievances and also keep the government officials informed about their problems.

Launching the portal H.E. the Governor of Nagaland K. Sankaranarayan called on the concerned officials to be prompt in redressing and answering the queries coming through this portal and said that “they should be categorical in their replies showing transparency and accountability.” Speaking on the occasion, Advisor to the Governor RS Pandey said that with the launch of the e-MODOP the responsibilities of government servants have increased. The state government informed that through this system, citizens can submit their grievances online. Upon successful submission, a unique grievance number is generated and provided to the complainant. The citizens can track the action taken on the grievance with the help of their unique grievance number.
