Bulgaria's State Administration Minister Nikolay Vassilev officially opened the technical control centre of the country's future e-Government.

The technical control centre will provide services to people from the whole country. This will help bring in all Bulgarian municipalities into one interrelated system, instead having them act like self-sufficient provinces.
