Nasscom expands BPO sector in India

Nasscom is rolling out the plans of BPO sector in nationwide. Nasscom announced that the company will roll out the Nasscom Assessment of Competence (NAC) programme to evaluate talent of candidates for BPO sector.

Initially, the company will start this programme in Jaipur and Ajmer will collaboration of Rajasthan Government. Company is organizing the test for this programme on November 18 in Jaipur and Ajmer. Company will extend this programme to other states also. Nasscom has designed this programme in partnership with Hewitt Associates as well as ITES and BPO companies. According to Kiran Karnik, Nasscom President, the company is expecting to take test about 2000 candidates of various colleges of Rajasthan.
