Dubai Municipality to demonstrate e-Governance service at Gitex

Dubai Municipality will demonstrate a series of new services and total solutions during Gitex exhibition starting from 18 November in Dubai.

The Municipality will focus on the services offered by the Information Technology Department and the Geographic Information Systems Center. the Municipality on the various services including, the e-Clinic system, Building Permit Certification System, Food Import & Re-Export System, Electronic Correspondence and Follow up System, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System, Engineering Projects Information Management System, DM Property & Lease Management System, Smart Forms, Oyoon, Computer Refurbishment Center, PC remote support, Server Virtualization, Network Operation Center and Tawasul or DM anywhere. According to the acting director of Dubai Municipality, Hussain Lootah, demonstration of services will provide hassle-free information exchange between the various departments of the Municipality and its customers.
