Amdocs enters $375 million worthy deal on telecommunications networks

Amdocs Ltd. London-based concern will enter the business of running telecommunications networks with its $375 million acquisition of Cramer Systems Group Ltd.

Amdocs Ltd. London-based concern will enter the business of running telecommunications networks with its $375 million acquisition of Cramer Systems Group Ltd.

Cramer, is a leading provider of operations support systems in  London with more than 400 employees in offices around the world. The purchase will put the company in a position to capitalise on the investments, telecommunications companies are making to transform their networks to provide voice-over-Internet protocol and other Internet protocol-based services. Cramer and Amdocs have several customers in common. Amdocs provides business services, including customer-relationship management, while Cramer helps companies manage their networks and provide services.
