ictQatar has signed an agreement with the ICDL GCC Foundation as part of its e-Citizen initiative, which aims to raise IT awareness levels and increase the usage of computers and the Internet.
The project will target various sectors but particularly educators and government employees. The e-Citizen project will aid the implementation of various e-Government services as well as the transformation to an IT proficient society.
