Kuwait will be tying up with Singapore to establish e-governance in Kuwait, Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah, Kuwait's Minister of Communi-cations and Health told on the sidelines of Info-Connect 2006 exhibition (Feb 6 to 12) at Kuwait International Fair Grounds in Mishref. The minister inaugurated the exhibition, which, he said, “is bigger than the exhibition held last year, with more participants, including Chinese and Korean products.” He expressed surprise at the innovation in communication technologies by companies that participated in the fifth annual information and communication exhibition.
