Bangladesh to follow Sri Lanka’s e-Governance model

The Bangladeshi National Planning Commission will follow Sri Lanka's national e-Governance strategy as both countries have faced similar challenges in the field of e-Government implementation.

The Bangladeshi National Planning Commission will follow Sri Lanka's national e-Governance strategy as both countries have faced similar challenges in the field of e-Government implementation.

Especially, Sri Lanka's ICT capacity building programme for public servants, use of local languages in e-Government implementations and appointing a dedicated officer in each and every government department are best practices which can be applied in Bangladeshi e-Governance projects.
