Atomic interventions

Vijay-Kumar-GautamIn the coming era, we can’t do away with atomic interventions, as we have to deal with atomic structures in the form of flyovers, metros, buses, pavements, sewage system, gutters, etc. These are there to stay with us and the demanding need of the pollution will keep putting pressure to enhance atomic interventions.

The challenge now is that earlier we thought human is the smartest species, but now we have started imparting intelligence to these atomic interventions, which were considered dull and dumb until a few years back. And, the new concept of Industry 4.0 is posing the challenge, where the need for integration of these invisible bits is moving at the speed of light to not only guide the functions and operations of atomic structures but also enabling to them to be productive.

In real sense, smartness has to be brought about. Taking this into account, we thought of inviting the practitioners, planners, stakeholders, industry and the technology drivers on one platform and engage them in a day-long deliberations and brainstorming on how these new paradigms of technological fusion with structural interventions will change the landscape of human ecosystem.

We have tried to focus on the latest drive in creating smart cities, smart technology and smart infrastructure as per the agenda of the event. We have also tried to bring in the core theme of eGovernance. I am sure we shall deliberate through these issues.
