In a move to make government dealings transparent, the Government of Himachal Pradesh is planning to introduce an online system of public grievances monitoring. This e-Service will help the common man to directly send messages to the office of the Chief Minister.

The new system will help to speed up the grievances redressal system and would ensuring transparent functioning of the government and make government more accountable to the citizens.

The residents of the state can make e-Complaints from any personal computer or cyber cafes. There are several levels at which the grievances would be monitored such as secretaries, head of the departments and even the Chief Minister himself, who could issue directions to the concerned officers immediately depending upon the seriousness of the issue.

The system will be accessible to all the ministers and Members of Legislative Assembly (MLAs).
