7 IAS assigned Additional Charge in Rajasthan, Ravin Jain appointed CEO Amer Development and Management Authority

In a recent move, the Rajasthan government has assigned seven IAS officers additional responsibilities across various departments within the state administration.


IAS Ravin Jain (2004 batch), currently serving as Secretary of the Tourism Department, has been entrusted with the additional role of CEO of the Amer Development and Management Authority. IAS Anupama Jorwal (2011 batch), who holds the position of Special Secretary in the Planning Department, has been assigned the additional charge of Special Secretary in the Statistics Department.

IAS K L Swami, serving as Special Secretary in the Home Department, has been given the added responsibility of Commissioner for the Civil Defence Department. IAS Shaheen Ali Khan, the Project Director of the Rajasthan State AIDS Control Society, has taken on the extra duties of Director (Medical-IEC).

IAS Rajendra Verma, who is presently the Additional Chief Executive Officer at the State Health Assurance Agency, has been assigned the additional role of Director (Minority Affairs). IAS Vandana Singhvi (2012 batch), Divisional Commissioner of Bikaner, will also serve as Commissioner for the Colonisation Department. Lastly, IAS Amit Yadav (2016 batch) has been appointed as the Deeg District Collector while continuing his duties as District Collector of Bharatpur.
