Appointments: Sanjukta Prashar appointed IG CID in Assam, Sakshi Mittal made Director DoPT

Sanjukta Prashar, a seasoned IPS officer from the 2006 Assam-Meghalaya cadre, has taken up the mantle of Inspector General (IG) at the CID, Assam Police.


Sakshi Mittal, a 2010-batch IAS officer of the AGMUT cadre, has been selected to serve as Director in the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Delhi, under the Central Staffing Scheme for a substantial five-year term.

Amit Pratap Singh, an IRS IT officer since 2009, has been ushered into the prestigious role of Superintendent of Police at the CBI for a tenure spanning four years.
