10 IAS Officers of 2008 Batch AGMUT Cadre receive Proforma Promotion

In a recent development, the central government has accorded Proforma Promotion to 10 IAS officers belonging to the AGMUT cadre from the 2008 batch. These officers have been elevated to the Super Time Scale, specifically at LEVEL 14 in the Pay Matrix.

The following officers, presently on Central Deputation, have been granted this promotion:

4. Amit Satija
5. Chanchal Yadav
6. Shiv Kumar
7. Dr Sachin Shinde
8. J Ashok Kumar
9. Dr Madhu Rani Teotia
10. Prashant Kumar Panda

It is noteworthy that officers who have not completed the mandatory MCTP Phase IV training are allowed this promotion to the Super Time Scale. However, this promotion is contingent upon the successful completion of the requisite Phase IV training, preferably at the next available opportunity.
