In a major bureaucratic reshuffle at the Centre, the Government of India on April 6 released the official orders for the transfer and posting of 8 IAS officer at the level of Secretary.

Tarun Bajaj (IAS 1988-Batch) has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance. At present, he is serving as Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs.

Ajay Seth (IAS 1987-Batch) has been transferred and appointed as Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs.

Gyanesh Kumar (IAS 1988-Batch) will take over as Secretary, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs. Currently, he is working as Additional Secretary, Department of Home, Ministry of Home Affairs.
