Sibin C, Director Rural Development & Panchayats and ex-officio Special Secretary, Punjab, has been made Managing Director of the Punjab Agro Industries Corporation Ltd and in addition, Special Secretary Horticulture.
The 2005-batch IAS officer replaces Vikas Garg, IAS.

The reshuffle, carried out across the State of Punjab, also includes 100 PCS officers. Several deputy commissioners of districts have been reshuffled along with the change of guard in key departments of the State.
