In a conversation with Elets News Network (ENN), Surat Municipal Corporation Commissioner M Thennarasan said to implement 10 Smart City projects by 25 June, 2018.

He said, “By 25 June 2018, we will try to implement at least 10 Smart City projects.” Watch in full to know the latest updates on the Surat Smart City.”
He added, “Currently, 20 projects are ongoing. In the next 4-5 months, we would be completing smart city housing works, transport management system, water projects, etc.”
