Abhay Kumar Singh, a 2004 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre, has been appointed as Private Secretary to Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh. The appointment is for five years or on a co-terminus basis with the Minister’s tenure.

Currently, he is working as Additional Secretary in the Department of General Administration, Bihar. Prior to this, he was District Magistrate, Patna.
