Telangana police introduce software for ‘paperless’ work

Paperless-officeTelangana’s Director General of Police (DGP) office introduced KM-ATOM Application Software, a knowledge management automation of files for administrative works.


The application has been developed exclusively for administrative purposes in all government offices in the move towards ‘paperless’ offices.

Advantages of the software include inward entry of the currents received, creation of files, file movement, reports (periodical reports for files, currents and pendency of each file), maintenance of knowledge bank of government orders and other important documents in scanned format or as an attachment to the files etc.
