About the recruitment
Bharat Electronics Limited, Ghaziabad, a Navratna Defence Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, is inviting eligible Indian nationals to attend a walk-in interview for 11 Management Industrial Trainee (Finance) posts.
The traineeship is initially for one year and may be extended for up to two additional years, subject to a performance review, making the maximum tenure three years.
Eligibility
Applicants must be Indian nationals and must have passed ICWA Inter or CA Inter. Candidates who hold or are pursuing qualifications higher than ICWA Inter or CA Inter are not eligible to apply.
The upper age limit is 25 years as on 29 October 2026. Age relaxation of 5 years applies to SC and ST candidates, 3 years to OBC candidates, and 10 years to persons with disabilities.
Selection process
Selection will be based solely on performance in the walk-in interview. Candidates who qualify will be notified by email, and the list of selected candidates will subsequently be published on the BEL website.
No travel allowance or daily allowance will be paid to candidates attending the interview. Transport and hostel accommodation will not be provided by the organisation.
How to apply
Candidates must appear in person at the Human Resource Development Department, Bharat Electronics Limited, Site-IV, Sahibabad Industrial Area, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh – 201010, on 18 November 2026. Reporting must be completed between 09:00 AM and 09:30 AM; entry will be strictly closed at 09:30 AM.
Candidates should carry the duly filled application form (Annexure-1) along with one set of photocopies and original certificates for verification. Required documents include the SSLC or 10th marksheet (for age proof), 12th marksheet or certificate, degree certificate, original ICWA Inter or CA Inter passed certificate, Aadhaar card, caste or PwD certificate if applicable, a No Objection Certificate if employed in a government or PSU organisation, and a recent passport-size photograph affixed to the application form with signature.
Candidates are advised to ensure all information furnished is accurate, as suppression of facts or submission of false information will lead to disqualification. Any form of canvassing will also result in rejection of candidature.
