Meeseva, a 25-year-old organization, delivers around 580 citizen services and handles nearly 80,000 to 1,00,000 transactions daily. Recently, in the mobility space, it introduced MeTicket, an integrated mobile application that brings together public transport services like Metro, RTC, and MMTS, enabling citizens to book tickets seamlessly through a single platform.

R.V. Karnan, Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), Government of Telangana

Hyderabad is one of the most vibrant cities in the country, with a diverse population and a blend of modern growth and rich architecture. When we talk about mobility, we often focus on smart streets, electric vehicles, flyovers, and public transport. But we tend to overlook human connectivity. Without keeping people at the center, true and sustainable mobility cannot be achieved

Smt. Hari Chandana, District Collector, Hyderabad

Mobility is a key priority as we continue to expand metro systems, road networks, and overall urban infrastructure in cities like Hyderabad. Alongside this, strong capacity building is taking place across the transport sector. The next step is to digitally connect citizens through unified platforms, enabling seamless travel across metro, buses, cabs, and last-mile services through a single ticketing system like MeSeva.

Srikanth Reddy, Founder & CEO, Hala Mobility

At Hala Mobility, we don’t see mobility as just transportation; it’s access to opportunity. Today, many gig workers are connected to platforms like Uber, but what truly makes a difference is access to affordable, reliable electric vehicles. Our focus is on empowering these workers by leveraging technology, enabling them to earn more, operate efficiently, and make the most of every opportunity.

Vivek Krishna, Vice President – Finance, Rapido

If we look at digital adoption, building user trust in the platform is most important. Trust grows through better communication, consistent engagement, and continuous innovation in apps and products. Beyond that, there is a need to innovate business models to create greater earning opportunities for drivers and captains. We’ve drawn inspiration from the SaaS model by introducing a subscription-based approach, where drivers pay a fixed fee but retain 100% of their earnings.

Nitin Nayar, Senior Executive Director, ONDC

One of the biggest challenges for apps is building consumer and citizen awareness. Strong network structures are key, though integrations across cities involve complex contracts and onboarding. We’ve integrated 24 out of 40 asset management companies, enabling drivers to invest through daily SIPs starting at ₹20. Such networks act as infrastructure, unlocking possibilities while simplifying service delivery.
