The Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) is actively participating in the Special Campaign for Disposal of Pending Matters (SCDPM) 5.0, running from October 2 to October 31, 2025.

So far, the ministry has achieved 87 % of its public grievance redressal targets, weeded out 4,988 physical files, and freed up approximately 31,353 sq ft of office space through the disposal of scrap, e-waste, and redundant records.
As part of the campaign, 405 cleanliness drives have been conducted against a target of 480, and scrap disposal has generated revenue of ₹81.67 lakh.

The campaign is being spearheaded by Minister of Civil Aviation Ram Mohan Naidu, who chaired a review meeting on October 9, 2025, and conducted a walkthrough of ministry premises on October 13, engaging with staff and inspecting key facilities, including the canteen and library.

Under the minister’s leadership, the ministry has committed to fostering a positive, clutter-free workplace, physically, digitally and mentally, with an emphasis on “Swachhata as a way of life” inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
