Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show 2026 to Expand Global Sourcing and Investment Opportunities

Greater Noida, September 25: The fourth edition of the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS) 2026 began at the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida, bringing together Uttar Pradesh-based manufacturers, exporters, entrepreneurs and businesses with domestic and international buyers.

The five-day trade show, being held from September 25 to 29, is expected to feature more than 2,400 exhibitors, over 1.5 lakh B2B buyers and visitors, more than 4.5 lakh general visitors, and over 550 international buyers from 85 countries.

The event is being organised by the Government of Uttar Pradesh and India Exposition Mart with a focus on expanding market access, sourcing opportunities, business partnerships and investment prospects for enterprises from the state.

International Participation

UPITS 2026 has six partner countries: Austria, Japan, Russia, Singapore, Belarus and Vietnam. According to the organisers, international participation is also expanding through registrations facilitated by the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO), with foreign buyers registered from 72 countries so far.

The event will facilitate B2B matchmaking, networking and direct business interactions between buyers, exhibitors, importers, distributors, sourcing agents and procurement representatives.

Wide Sectoral Representation

The trade show covers a broad range of sectors, including agriculture, automobiles and EVs, aviation, defence, electronics, IT, food processing, textiles, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, manufacturing, tourism, renewable energy, logistics, financial services, education, and water and sanitation.

Government schemes and policies relating to MSME development, entrepreneurship, skill development, cluster development, digital transformation, exports, procurement and marketing assistance are also being showcased.

Focus on ODOP and ODOC

Alongside the One District, One Product (ODOP) initiative, UPITS 2026 is giving special focus to One District, One Cuisine (ODOC). The initiative will showcase traditional food, local cuisines and culinary heritage from different districts of Uttar Pradesh to domestic and international visitors.

The five-day programme will also feature knowledge sessions on areas such as artificial intelligence, electronics manufacturing, digital trade, food processing, MSMEs and global free trade agreements, along with cultural programmes, awards, live performances and other activities.

Building on Previous Editions

UPITS 2026 builds on the participation recorded during the previous edition. The 2025 trade show attracted 5,07,099 visitors, including 1,40,735 B2B visitors, with 2,228 exhibitors participating across more than 35,000 square metres of exhibition space.

The 2025 edition also recorded more than 2,400 MoUs worth ₹1,882 crore and business inquiries exceeding ₹11,200 crore, according to the organisers.

Digital facilities have also been expanded this year through the UPITS app, which allows buyers and exhibitors to identify business opportunities and schedule B2B meetings in advance.

UPITS 2026 is being positioned as a platform connecting Uttar Pradesh’s manufacturing, MSME, agriculture, handicrafts, textiles, food, tourism and emerging industries with buyers, investors and business communities across India and overseas.
