Neeraj Kharwal, a 2007-batch IAS officer of the Uttarakhand cadre, has been given additional charge of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO), India International Convention & Exhibition Centre Limited (IICCL).
Six-Month Additional Charge
Kharwal, who is currently serving as Managing Director, India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), was assigned the additional responsibility on September 10, 2026.
He will hold the charge for a period of six months.
Dual Responsibility
Along with his existing role at ITPO, Kharwal will oversee the responsibilities of MD & CEO of IICCL at the Joint Secretary level.
The additional charge will provide continuity in the leadership and administration of IICCL during the interim period.
