Uttar Pradesh to Host 3rd National Digital Innovation Summit 2026 Tomorrow, Spotlight on AI, Innovation and Digital Infrastructure

Lucknow, 16 July 2026: Uttar Pradesh is all set to host the 3rd National Digital Innovation Summit 2026 on 17 July at The Centrum, Lucknow, bringing together policymakers, government leaders, technology experts, industry pioneers, startups, and academia to discuss the next phase of India’s digital transformation.


Organised by Elets Technomedia in association with the Department of IT & Electronics,  Government of Uttar Pradesh, the summit will be held under the theme “Powering Innovation, Infrastructure & AI in Uttar Pradesh.” The one-day event will serve as a premier platform for policy dialogue, knowledge exchange, and strategic collaboration aimed at accelerating Uttar Pradesh’s vision of becoming India’s leading digital and AI-powered economy.

The summit will witness the participation of senior representatives from the Government of India, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, several state governments, leading technology companies, academic institutions, and industry bodies.

The inaugural session will feature addresses by Shri Sunil Kumar Sharma, Hon’ble Minister of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of Uttar Pradesh, along with Alok Kumar,

The summit will commence with a welcome address by Dr. Ravi Gupta, Founder & CEO, Elets Technomedia.


The day-long programme will feature keynote addresses, special sessions, industry presentations, technology showcases, networking opportunities, and high-level panel discussions focusing on some of the most significant themes shaping India’s digital future. These include AI-powered governance, predictive public services, cybersecurity and digital trust, AI-driven threat intelligence, cloud sovereignty, electronics manufacturing, Industry 4.0, AI cities, startup ecosystems, digital skilling, and future-ready talent development.

One of the major highlights of the summit will be an exclusive fireside conversation with Shri Brajesh Pathak, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, followed by the felicitation of industry partners for their contribution towards strengthening the state’s digital ecosystem.

The event will also bring together senior officials from departments including IT & Electronics, Health, Urban Development, Telecommunications, Water Resources, Education, Skill Development, Law Enforcement, Agriculture, and Public Administration, alongside industry leaders representing IBM, Cisco, Netweb Technologies, Sarvam AI, Fortinet, Airtel Business, Acer India, Arcadis, Tally Solutions, Trellix and several other leading technology organisations.

The concluding session will feature addresses by Prof. Manindra Agrawal, Director, IIT Kanpur, Alok Kumar, Principal Secretary, Department of IT & Electronics, Government of Uttar Pradesh, and Awanish Awasthi, Advisor to the Chief Minister, Government of Uttar Pradesh, highlighting the state’s roadmap for AI-led governance, digital infrastructure, electronics manufacturing, innovation, and emerging technologies.

As a special gesture to visiting delegates, speakers, and industry leaders from across the country, a curated heritage visit to Ayodhya has been organised on 18 July. The visit will provide outstation dignitaries with an opportunity to experience the city’s rich spiritual heritage and witness its remarkable transformation through modern infrastructure and development initiatives.

The 3rd National Digital Innovation Summit 2026 is expected to strengthen collaboration between government and industry while showcasing Uttar Pradesh’s growing leadership in artificial intelligence, digital governance, electronics manufacturing, data centre infrastructure, innovation, and emerging technologies. With participation from distinguished policymakers, technology leaders, innovators, and solution providers, the summit aims to contribute significantly to India’s vision of building a secure, inclusive, and AI-enabled digital future.
