In a minor administrative reshuffle, the Haryana government has transferred two IAS officers, aiming to strengthen governance and ensure efficient functioning across departments.
The orders, issued under the leadership of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi, involve key changes in district administration and the finance department.
As per the notification, Manoj Kumar, who was serving as Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Mahendragarh at Narnaul, has been transferred and appointed as Special Secretary in the Finance Department. His posting fills a vacant position, indicating the government’s focus on strengthening administrative capacity in key departments.
Taking his place, Anupama Anjali has been appointed as the new Deputy Commissioner of Mahendragarh. She was previously serving as Administrator, HSVP, Faridabad, and Additional Director, Urban Estate, Faridabad. Her new role places her at the forefront of district administration in Mahendragarh.
The reshuffle, though limited in scope, reflects the government’s ongoing effort to ensure smooth administrative operations and effective deployment of officers in important positions.
Officials noted that such transfers are a routine part of governance, aimed at improving policy implementation and strengthening administration at both departmental and district levels.
With these changes, the state government continues its focus on maintaining administrative efficiency and delivering better governance outcomes across Haryana.
