The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended Shivakumar Subramaniam for appointment as Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilisers Limited (RCFL), a Schedule-‘A’ Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilisers. Subramaniam is currently Executive Director (Finance) at RCFL. He succeeds Shriniwas Chandrashekhar Mudgerikar, who is set to retire on December 31, 2025. The selection follows an interview of four candidates and is subject to formal approvals by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) and other requisite clearances.
