In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Delhi Government on Friday announced the transfer and posting of 23 IAS and DANICS officers across key departments, while also assigning multiple additional charges.

• Sandeep Kumar, Principal Secretary (Vigilance), currently holding additional charges of Principal Secretary (Environment & Forests) and Principal Secretary (Administrative Reforms), has now been given additional charge of Principal Secretary (Information Technology).

• Dr. Dilraj Kaur, Principal Secretary (General Administration Department), who also held the additional charges of Principal Secretary (Social Welfare) and Principal Secretary (SC/ST/OBC Welfare), has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary (Social Welfare) with continued additional charge of SC/ST/OBC Welfare.

• Vikas Anand, Secretary to the Chief Minister, will now also serve as Secretary (Information and Publicity).

• Shurbir Singh, earlier Secretary (Power) with additional charge of Secretary (Finance), has been posted as Secretary (Finance) with additional charges of Secretary (GAD) and Secretary (Power).
  

Key Departmental Movements

• Prince Dhawan, MD, Delhi Transport Corporation, has been given additional charges as Special Secretary (IT) and Executive Director, GSDL.

• Sudhakar, District Magistrate (Central), takes on additional charge as MD, Shahjahanabad Redevelopment Corporation.

• Pankaj Kumar, Controller of Weights and Measures, will now additionally serve as Special Secretary, National Capital Region.

• Tapasya Raghav, Special Secretary (Health), will now also be the State Mission Director for Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM).

• Anjali Sehrawat, previously Director (Social Welfare), has been transferred as Director (Higher Education) and Director (Training & Technical Education).

• Sachin Rana, Special Commissioner (Trade & Taxes), now also becomes Chief Vigilance Officer for DTL/IPGCL/PPCL.

• Dr. Kinny Singh will take on additional charges as Secretary, Public Grievance Commission and Project Director, Delhi State AIDS Control Society.

• Suneel Anchipaka receives additional charge of Special Secretary (Tourism).

• Sandeep Kumar Mishra will now also serve as Special Secretary (Environment & Forests).
  

DANICS Officers’ Postings

• Kumar Abhishek, GM, DCCWS, has been transferred as Deputy Commissioner/DM (North).

• Yash Chaudhary, DM (North), now takes charge as Director (Social Welfare).

• Sravan Bagaria, previously Special Secretary (Environment & Forests), is now DM (South-East).

• Prashant Kumar is posted as Additional Secretary (Public Grievances Cell) in the CMO.

• Ravinder Kumar moves from Deputy Secretary (Finance) to Delhi Jal Board.

• Puneet Kumar Patel and Ramesh Kumar, both awaiting posting, are now Additional Secretary (Urban Development) and Deputy Secretary (Home) respectively.

• Dr. Nidhi Sarohe, DANICS (2014 batch), is appointed Secretary (Public Grievances Cell) in the CMO.
  

This reshuffle is aimed at streamlining departmental operations and optimising governance structures across the capital’s administrative machinery.
