The Nayab Singh Saini-led Haryana government has transferred four Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers with immediate effect, filling long-vacant key administrative posts across the state. The transfer orders were issued by Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi.
The officers reshuffled include IAS Manoj Kumar, IAS Vishram Kumar Meena, IAS Sachin Gupta, and IAS Akhil Pilani. The official notification also mentioned that the posting order for IAS officer Vivek Bharti (2016 batch) will be released separately.
Vishram Kumar Meena Appointed DC Kurukshetra
2017-batch IAS officer Vishram Kumar Meena has been appointed as the new Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Kurukshetra, a post that had remained vacant for an extended period. Prior to this appointment, Meena was serving as the DC of Nuh and CEO of the Mewat Development Agency.
Sachin Gupta Becomes DC Rohtak
IAS Sachin Gupta (2018 batch) has been posted as the Deputy Commissioner of Rohtak, replacing 2012-batch IAS officer Dharmendra Singh. Before this transfer, Gupta held the posts of Administrator, HSVP Panchkula and Additional Director, Urban Estate Panchkula.

Akhil Pilani Takes Charge in Nuh
2018-batch officer Akhil Pilani will succeed Meena as DC of Nuh and CEO of the Mewat Development Agency. Pilani was earlier serving as the Commissioner of Yamunanagar Municipal Corporation and District Municipal Commissioner.
Manoj Kumar Posted as DC Mahendragarh
2012-batch IAS officer Manoj Kumar has been appointed Deputy Commissioner of Mahendragarh. He was previously working as Special Secretary, Haryana Skill Development and Industrial Training.
