Shelly Rathi

Shelly Rathi, a 2021-batch officer of the Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands Civil Service (DANICS), has been appointed as the Joint Secretary to the Chief Minister of Delhi. This appointment is part of a broader reshuffle within the Delhi government.

Rathi previously held the position of Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) in Kapashera, serving within the Revenue Department. In this role, she was instrumental in ensuring efficient governance, focusing on local administration, law enforcement, and public service management. Her dedicated work in Kapashera earned her recognition for excellence in public administration.
