The Indian government has announced several key appointments across various departments:
Inder Pal Singh Bindra has been appointed as Secretary of the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for a three-year term. Bindra, an IRS-IT officer, fills the vacancy left by Ms. Anupama Anand, who resigned eight months after her appointment in October last year.
Arvind Kumar, a 2015 batch ISS officer, has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Development Monitoring and Evaluation Office (DMEO) at NITI Aayog.
Mayank Tyagi, a 2012 batch IDAS officer, has taken the position of Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways.

Ashish Kumar Dash, a 2008 batch ITradeS officer, has been appointed as Director at NITI Aayog.
Monica Gaur, a 2011 batch IA&AS officer, has assumed the role of Deputy Secretary in the Department of Commerce.
Raj Priya Singh, a 2010 batch IFoS officer of the Nagaland cadre, has been appointed as Director in the Department of Rural Development.
Alok Kumar, a 2006 batch IRS(C&IT) officer and former Commissioner at Ranchi GST & CX, has been named Executive Vice President (Services) at the GST Network for a five-year deputation.
Balaji Krishnan, a 2003 batch IRS(C&IT) officer, has been appointed as Vice President (Services) at the GST Network on a four-year deputation.
