The Haryana Government has appointed Ankur Gupta, a seasoned IAS officer from the 1990 batch, to take on the additional responsibility as the Additional Chief Secretary of the Department of Personnel. Mr. Gupta, recognized for his exemplary administrative skills within the Haryana cadre, currently holds the position of Additional Chief Secretary for the Departments of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare as well as Animal Husbandry & Dairying.
His illustrious career boasts successful tenures in various pivotal roles, including leading the Public Works (Building & Roads) and Architecture Department, as well as steering the Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs Department, and the Civil Aviation Department with exceptional proficiency.
