Uttarakhand Govt promotes Anand Vardhan IAS to ACS grade

The Government of Uttarakhand, on April 12, issued the official order to promote Anand Vardhan, a 1992-Batch IAS officer of Uttarakhand cadre, to the grade of Additional Chief Secretary (ACS).
Vardhan is currently serving as Principal Secretary, Forest and Environment, Excise, Higher Education, Watershed Management. Also, he is holding the post of Chief Project Director, Watershed Management and Infrastructure Development Commissioner.
