Following the orders from the Government of Karanataka, Gaurav Gupta (IAS 1990-Batch) has been appointed as Municipal Commissioner, Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP). Gupta will be taking over the charge from the incumbent Commissioner Manjunath Prasad, however, Gupta will continue to hold his current charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Commerce and Industries, Government of Karnataka.
