Following the orders from the Government of Bihar, KK Pathak, an IAS officer of 1990-Batch of Bihar cadre, has been given a proforma promotion to the Chief Secretary cadre. At present, Pathak is serving on central deputation and is posted as Managing Director, National Highway and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL), Government of India.
