Ministry of Home Affairs reshuffles charges of 16 IPS officers in Delhi

IPS Officers Transfer

Giving a green signal to a major bureaucratic reshuffle in the national capital, the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, transferred and posted 16 IPS officers on February 24.

  1. Kime Kaming (IPS 2003-Batch) has been transferred and appointed as Joint Commissioner of Police, Security.

  2. Sang Norbu Mosobi (IPS 2003-Batch) will be taking over as Joint Commissioner of Police, Training.

  3. Hibu Tamang (IPS 2004-Batch) has been transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner of Police, Security.

  4. Romila Baaniya (IPS 2007-Batch) has been given the charge of Additional Commissioner of Police, Armed Police.

  5. Geeta Rani Verma (IPS 2007-Batch) will be assuming the post of Additional Commissioner of Police, Special Police Unit for Women And Children (SPUWAC).

  6. R Sathiyasundaram (IPS 2009-Batch) has been allotted the charge of Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Shahdara District, Delhi.

  7. Priyanka Kashyap (IPS 2009-Batch) has been made DCP, P&L, Delhi.

  8. Ved Prakash Surya (IPS 2009-Batch) has been given the charge of DCP, Rashtrapati Bhawan, Delhi.

  9. Pranav Tayal (IPS 2011-Batch) has been posted as DCP, Rohini District, Delhi.

  10. Sanjay Kumar Sain (IPS 2011-Batch) has been appointed as DCP, North-East District, Delhi.

  11. Gugiloth Amrutha (IPS 2011-Batch) will take over as Additional DCP-I. South-East District, Delhi.

  12. Surendra Choudhary (IPS 2013-Batch) has been given the post of Additional DCP-I, South-East District, Delhi.

  13. Vikram Singh (IPS 2011-Batch) has been posted as DCP, Traffic, Delhi.

  14. Anita Roy (DANIPS 2001-Batch) has been given the post of Additional DCP, North District, Delhi.

  15. Vinit Kumar (DANIPS 2004-Batch) will take over as Additional DCP-I, East District.

  16. Alok Kumar (DANIPS 2010-Batch) has been made Additional DCP, Special Cell, Delhi.
