Varsha Joshi IAS becomes Joint Secretary, National Dairy Development Board

Varsha Joshi (IAS 1995-Batch AGMUT cadre) has been appointed as Chairperson of the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB). Varsha, at present, serving as Joint Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying, Government of India.
