M Hari Narayanan, a 2011-Batch IAS officer of Andhra Pradesh cadre, has been transferred and given the charge of Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation (APMDC), Government of Andhra Pradesh. Narayanan in his present position is serving as Special Commissioner, O/o Chief Commissioner of Land Administration.
