The General Administration Department issued a notification to transfer eight officers of the Indian Administrative Service.

Anand Kishore, 1996-Batch, the chairman of the Bihar School Examination Committee, has been given additional charge of being the divisional commissioner of Patna.

Robert L. Chongthu, Patna’s Divisional Commissioner has been transferred and posted as Divisional Commissioner of Saran.

Ravi Manu Bhai Parmar, 1992-Batch, Principal Secretary, Tourism Department has been entrusted the charge of being the Managing Director of Bihar State Film Development and Finance Corporation.

Uday Singh Kumavat, Additional member of the Revenue Council, has been appointed as the Principal Secretary of the Tourism Department.

N Saravanan Kumar, has been posted as the Secretary in the Department of Agriculture.

Gopal Meena, 2007-Batch, Labor Commissioner has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the Department of Minor Irrigation.

Sanjay Dubey has been posted as Additional Secretary in the Department of Rural Affairs. He will also be in charge of the Chief Executive Officer of Bihar Rural Road Development Agency.

Shyam Bihari Meena has been made Deputy Secretary in Disaster Management Department.
