Lok Sabha Election Results 2019 Live


The Election Commission of India has started counting the votes for the Lok Sabha 2019 elections 8 am onwards on 23 May. As per the latest update by ECI, NDA is on lead followed by INC and others.

As on 12 noon, ECI stated, “As per latest trends available for all the 542 constituencies, BJP is leading in 292 while INC is leading in 51, DMK in 22, AITC in 24, YSRC in 25, Shiv Sena in 20, JDU in 16, BJD in 14 and BSP in 11 constituencies.”

The state wise election result trends are brought by ECI as follows.
Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh and Kerala



In Uttar Pradesh, BJP is on lead at 51 seats followed by Bahujan Samaj Party. Kerala trends show that INC is leading with over 39 percent seats. BJP leads In Madhya Pradesh and Haryana as well with 57 percent and 55.7 percent respectively.
Maharashtra, Gujarat, West Bengal and Odisha


Except West Bengal, BJP is leading in the other three states of Maharashtra, Gujarat and Odisha. All India Trinamool Congress is leading in West Bengal while BJP is not far behind in the state ruled by TMC. On the other hand, Odisha, which is ruled by BJD, is currently has BJP in the leading position.
Chhattisgarh, Mizoram, Himachal Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh


Mizoram National Front is leading in the north eastern state whereas Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) is leading in Andhra Pradesh. BJP is leading in the other two states.
Chandigarh, Karnataka, Sikkim, Rajasthan


In Chandigarh, BJP is leading with 47 percent, followed by INC (42.2 percent). Rajasthan and Karnataka also have BJP in the lead. Sikkim Krantikari Morcha is leading with 48.72 percent followed by Sikkim Democratic Front (SDF) with 42.8 percent seats.
Uttarakhand, Jharkhand, Assam and Lakshadweep


BJP is in clear lead in the states of Assam, Uttarakhand and Jharkhand, whereas in the Union Territory of Lakshadweep, INC is leading with 49 percent seats.
Bihar, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Puducherry


In the southern states of Tamil Nadu and Telangana, Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) and Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) are in lead with 35.3 percent and 42.2 percent respectively. While BJP is leading in Bihar, INC is in the lead in the Union Territory of Puducherry.
Daman and Diu, Delhi, Jammu & Kashmir and Tripura


BJP is leading in all these states and National Capital Territory of Delhi.
Goa, Manipur, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Dadra & Nagar Haveli


Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Meghalaya and Punjab

Among these four states,only Arunachal Pradesh has BJP in the lead. INC is leading in Meghalaya and Punjab. On the other hand, National Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) is in the lead in Nagaland with 49.5 percent and INC is trailing with 48.4 percent seats.

BJP is in clear majority in all the states and Union Territories. However, in Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Others constitute 47.29 percent seats whereas BJP has 46.2 percent seats.
