Sanjay Aggarwal, an IAS officer of Uttar Pradesh cadre of 1984 batch has been appointed as the Secretary, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare. He is taking charge from S K Pauanayak who is retiring by the end of this month.
